The dress size is as stated, made by professional dress designers of the highest quality.

Please make sure before you bid, that you will fit the size stated. Some brides may find that they are not the same size fit in all areas and may need the help of a local seamstress to make alterations.

RETURNS

Returns are not available on dresses sold by auction unless the dress does not meet the description detailed above.

Should you wish to return the dress, please contact us by email immediately after receipt, stating the reason applicable.

Please treat the dress with TLC, packing the dress in the same box it arrived in and attaching the enclosed address label.

Send the dress from your local Post Office. The return cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.

If the dress is returned in the same condition that it was sent, a refund will be made within three days of receipt.

We reserve the right to deduct the cost of cleaning or repair, as necessary, from the purchase price.
